1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AdNeeti AI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AdNeeti AI ("we", "us", or "our") under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Indian laws.

2. Description of Service
AdNeeti AI provides an AI-powered creative platform for generating advertising campaigns, social media content, video scripts, and related marketing materials. The Platform is intended for use by advertising agencies, marketing professionals, and businesses in India.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts under Indian law to use this Platform. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, and logos — are the exclusive property of AdNeeti AI and are protected under Indian copyright law (Copyright Act, 1957) and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Content generated by you using the Platform (campaigns, creatives, copy) belongs to you, subject to our underlying IP rights in the Platform itself.

6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; (b) use the Platform to generate illegal, defamatory, or harmful content; (c) resell or sublicense access to the Platform without written permission; (d) use automated scripts to access the Platform in an unauthorised manner; (e) violate any applicable Indian or international law.

7. Payments & Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and processed via Razorpay. All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before publication.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, AdNeeti AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India. We encourage resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal proceedings.

11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

Privacy Policy

1. Data Controller
AdNeeti AI ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal information collected through the Platform at adneeti.com. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the IT (Amendment) Act, 2008, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA).

2. Information We Collect
Account Data: Name, email address, agency name, WhatsApp number collected during registration.
Usage Data: Campaign briefs, generated creatives, feature usage, and session activity to improve our service.
Payment Data: Processed by Razorpay. We do not store card numbers or UPI credentials.
Device Data: Browser type, IP address, device identifiers for security and analytics.

3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to: (a) provide and improve the Platform; (b) process payments and manage subscriptions; (c) send service-related communications; (d) comply with legal obligations; (e) prevent fraud and ensure security. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Sharing
We share data only with: (a) Razorpay for payment processing; (b) Anthropic/OpenAI for AI generation (prompts only, no personal identity data); (c) cloud infrastructure providers (data stored in India or EU); (d) legal authorities when required by Indian law.

5. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after termination. Campaign data is retained per your plan's history limit. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Your Rights (DPDPA 2023)
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to: (a) access your personal data; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) erasure of data; (d) grievance redressal. To exercise these rights, contact: privacy@adneeti.com

7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and analytics cookies (with consent) to understand usage patterns. You may disable cookies in your browser, but this may affect Platform functionality.

8. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. Please notify us immediately at security@adneeti.com if you suspect a breach.

9. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Grievance Officer
In accordance with the IT Act 2000 and DPDPA 2023, we have appointed a Grievance Officer:
